Return Policy

At Annarose Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to return an item, please review the policy below carefully before submitting your request.

When You Can Request a Return

A return request can only be made after your order has been delivered.

We do not accept return requests for parcels that are still in transit, refused upon delivery, or automatically returned to sender.

This allows us to verify the delivered order and inspect the exact item received before authorizing a return.

Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date to request a return.

Once your return has been approved, you will have 30 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In original condition
• With all tags, labels, and packaging included

Items may be tried on briefly, but must not be worn outside or used for an extended period.

If we receive an item that shows signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or missing tags, we may decline the return or reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order
• Hygiene sensitive items where the protective seal has been removed or the item has been used
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or with discount codes
• Final sale items marked as non returnable

This includes private promotions, seasonal offers, and limited time campaigns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers are also responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, or handling fees associated with the return shipment.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

How to Start a Return

• The item or items you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Depending on the product and fulfilment location, the return address may be outside your country.

Tracking and Responsibility

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

You remain responsible for the return parcel until it has been successfully delivered to the return address.

If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we can only investigate if valid tracking information is provided.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

Refunds cannot be issued before the returned item has been delivered and verified.

Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

• The item received
• Packaging
• Shipping label
• Any visible damage

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement item
• Partial refund
• Full refund after return
• Store credit where appropriate

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

If an incorrect address was submitted, any additional shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide additional protections, those rights remain valid.
